When you don't sell over a competitor in total copies you cut publishing costs so Publishers will publish games for your systems even at a loss...
For all we know Sony may give free Blu Ray discs to every publisher across the globe cutting costs down substantially...

The 360 version runs smoother and looks better in certain aspects
